This was a wonderful B/B. The room was very spacious, beautiful, modern and quiet. The breakfast was the most enjoyable with plenty of choices and personal and caring attention. The expansive view of the Monterrosso harbor from the breakfast area was astonishing. We cannot stress more how the owner and her daughter made our stay a vacation to remember. Eventhough the hotel was about a mile from town, the free taxi was easily available and friendly. We have always loved visiting Italy but the experience al La Serra Sul Mare was our best yet while visiting your country. I hope others are able to enjoy such a beautiful place! This hotel is a great value!

We chose the hotel because of its quiet location just outside the town of Monterosso. The fact that there was a free taxi that we could call to take us back and forth from the hotel into town worked out very well.

Un lugar maravilosamente enclavado. La atencion de las personas a cargo de mucha ayuda. Los desayunos opíparos, de lo mejor que hemos tenido en un Hotel. Problemas al llegar ya que no fuimos informados de que existian taxisa en Monterosso a cargo de llevar a los pasajeros al hotel. Seria bueno tener informacion previamente para evitarse la ansiedad ya que la distancia del pueblo al hotel no es caminable con maletas.

We had a very pleasant stay and would return. They served a very fresh and lovely breakfast each morning. Lovely family. I suggest they update their photographs, they now have four suites available.

das Frühstück ist nicht nur für italienische Verhältnisse excellent, sondern übertrifft alle Erwartungen, haben wir selbst nicht in 5 Sterne Hotels so gut erlebt!

Die Servicedamen sind zudem sehr charmant und sprechen ausgezeichnet englisch!

Der kostenlose Taxidienst klappt ausgezeichnet ohne lange Wartezeiten.

We loved staying there and if we ever go back to the Cinque Terre, we will definitely stay there. The ladies running the B & B were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was amazing - freshly prepared and yummy - all 10 courses of it. Don't be put off that it is slightly out of town - free shuttle service is arranged with a local taxi service which you dont have to wait long for.

La colazione non ha prezzo con quel panorama e poi tutte cose buonissime da non perdere!!!!! La camera è molto bella, curata sin nei piccoli dettagli. Se dovete visitare le Cinque Terre soggiornate lì e non ve ne pentirete.

This hotel has a great location, very friendly staff, and wonderful food for breakfast. We can only say good things about our 3 nights' stay here, and we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at La serra sul mare. The breakfast was very good, the staff very friendly and the surroundings beautiful. It took us five to ten minutes to walk down to Monterosso, there was a free taxi back.

The homemade breakfast was exceptional, with excellent variety, quality and quantity. After you ate their wonderful breakfast, you did not need to eat lunch! I had trouble finding accommodations, and was trying to find something closer to town, but now am so happy I found this place. The location was outside of town, but they provided free transportation by taxi, so it was VERY convenient. The view was beautiful, and it was quiet and peaceful. The only thing negative that I could say is that the grounds/yard could be better maintained.
