Per quanto mi riguarda il responsabile della reception è un grande presuntuoso e snobba alcuni clienti. Nello specifico, mi ha dato le chiavi della camera alle 14:30 dopo che più di una volta aveva detto che era pronta alle13:00 ed in modo nemmeno troppo cortese, a differenza invece degli altri ragazzi della reception, molto gentili e cortesi.
