Shower hose wasnt long enough, water ran down wall not into bath and the shower door wasnt secure so water ran onto floor.
Air conditioning broken.
However, nice hotel, excellent staff, great location

Le petit déjeuner n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur
café horrible, beurre qui sent le moisi, pas de fruit, sirop à la place de jus de fruit (en Sicile !); on est allé prendre un petit-déjeuner ailleurs le 2ème jour
par aileurs le chauffage est centralisé: il fait très chaud dans les chambres

Hôtel confortable, de bonnes prestations; les chambres sont spacieuses mais un peu tristes et auraient besoin d'un 'rafraîchissement' ; la salle de bain par contre est très bien; la restauration (petit-déjeuner) est bien, le service est attentionné et efficace; globalement un hôtel à recommander pour une étape à Palerme, bien situé, et d'un bon rapport qualité-prix.
