L'hôtel est propre et bien situé pas loin de la place san marco.

L'arrêt du vaporito le plus proche est à 5 mn à pied toute la journée jusqu'à 20h00. Après 20h00, il s'arrête 2 arrêt avant et il faut marcher!!!

Globalement l'hôtel est très bien situé et très propre et très calme.

On a passé un séjour agréable à Venise.

Hôtel situé dans le quartier Castello de Venise, à 3 min de l'arrêt Celestia en vaporetto donc pratique pour les transports et à 15 min à pied de la place saint marc. Chambres agréables et propres. Hôtel récent, neuf. Qqs chambres. Attention le nom de l'hôtel n'est pas indiqué sauf sur la sonnette mais les indications vous permettent de trouver facilement.

Santos vous accueille avec chaleur et disponibilité et vous prépare le petit déjeuner. Rapport qualité - prix excellent!

Pour une localisation précise de l'hotel, il ne manquait que le nom exact de la rue...

Au niveau de salle de bain, très propre à l'exception d'une lunette de wc cassée.

The B & B had no sign on the door or on the building with the name of the place and was thus very difficult to find. We only found it because of the website map and the printing of the address on the door - in very small print.

The beds were not made from one day to the next even if they had told us they would be.

On day two, around 2 pm, we found our door unlocked and wide open with free access to our affairs, the key still in the door. Luckily nothin was missing.

It took a loooong time for the receptionist to find our reservation and get us a room.

Overall, clean, nice, friendly, but very poor organization.

Un peu surpris de devoir regler les chambrs en especes !!

Das Hotel hat kein Schild davor. Ich musste zwei Stunden hin und her laufen, um das Hotel zu finden, ich musste ca. 10 Leute fragen, bis endlich ein netter Mann mich bei der Suche begleitete. Ich habe sogar einen Polizisten nach der Adresse gefragt, niemand kannte sie. Die Beschreibung stimmt nicht überein mit der Lage des Hotels und auf der Website gibt es nicht genug Informationen wie man zum Hotel kommen kann. Sie sollten überlegen, ich bin aus Indonesien und ganz fremd da, die Information sollte ausführlicher sein. Im Web gibt es auch keine Telefonnummer vom Hotel!

La habitación preciosa, muy limpia y tranquila; estaba en el último piso y tenía las vigas a la vista. El baño amplio y completo, daba a un patio con una terracita y no tenía cortinas así que cruzamos los dedos para que a nadie se le ocurriese abril la ventana de enfrente (de una zona común frente al ascensor). La persona de servicio fue muy amable, aunque hacía tooodos los turnos... El desayuno bien, pero nos tocó esperar demasiado; bajamos a primera hora y como se supone que "los turistas no se levantan tan temprano" no estaba preparado, así que el segundo día decidimos no esperar y no lo tomamos.

En cuanto a la localización, está en una zona muy tranquila de la ciudad, demasiado tranquila diría yo. Las callejuelas para llegar a San Marcos parecen un laberinto; si aciertas el camino son solo 10 minutos si no ni te cuento...

E' un B & B con servizio da hotel. Siamo più che soddisfatti dell'ambiente. Purtroppo non esistono cartelli con indicazioni come arrivarci nemmeno sul citofono è indicato B & B. Pensiamo di tornarci anche se decentrato ma il rapporto qualità è in funzione anche di questo.
