Reviews B & B Alla Vigna - Venice

Hotel totalmente nuevo, buena decoracion, acogedor, empleado simpatico, alrededores fuera de la zona turistica, pero con tiendas para comprar de consumo no turistico. Estacion de vaporeto muy cerca (3 minutos andando), centro a 10 minutos andando.

El personal me pareció escaso pues sólo hubo un conserje durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos alojados; de cualquier modo, debe destacarse la buena disposición de este muy eficiente empleado que se preocupó en atendernos bien; otro asunto a comentar es que a pesar de haber hecho las reservas con tarjeto de crédito internacional, el pago del servicio no fue aceptado por la misma vía. Felizmente otro de nosotros disponía de efectivo, pero de no haber sido por esto hubiera significado un problema serio

Finalmente uds tienen el privilegio de vivir en una ciudad bellisima que bien vale la pena volver a visitar

Albergo nuovissimo, un po' lontano da Piazza San Marco. Internamente sono eccellenti le finiture e la decorazione.

Mettere la tenda alla finestra del bagno e un laccio doccia più lungo.

Suggestions:

1. Maybe on the instructions to get to the hotel by foot, it could add a line explaining that Castelleto is an area of Venice, not a street, the non-Venecian tends to read addresses in a typical way forgetting, Venice doesn´t follow the norm .

2. Also, it will be good to put the name of the Hotel more visible and readable, many of the passengers are not necessarily familiar with Venice.

3. Italy is so well known for the excellent cuisine, maybe the breakfast should consider this good reputation and have some of the great cheeses, breads, fresh fruits and so on.

Santos, the receptionist, was very attentive and diligent, make you feel very comfortable.

Un nouvel hôtel, simple mais propre et bien pour le prix, mais le propriétaire ne connaît pas encore son métier. Peut-être dans quelques mois ça ira mieux, mais pour le moment il faut être bien patient et cool si on choisit Alla Vigna. Petit déjeuner décevant.

Il B & B è difficilmente localizzabile, non ci sono insegne all'esterno né altri aiuti. Solo un citofono con una scritta sbiadita.

Les indications pour arriver a l'hôtel ne sont pas suffisantes.

L'assistance du personnel est très mauvaise:

- des notre arrivée on nous a demande de payer la totalité du séjour en CASH, alors qu' ils avaient notre empreinte de carte de crédit!!

- Le code de la porte d' entrée de l'hôtel ne nous a pas été communiqué au check in, du coup on s'est retrouve bloqué devant la porte a 22h!! Heureusement que d'autres clients sont arrives pour nous ouvrir!!

- Petit déjeuner très limité et caché derrière la réception.

Sinon les chambres et les conditions de l'hôtel sont très bonnes, l'hôtel est complètement rénové et très bien situé!

The b&b has huge potential. If the manager would organise the cleaning more frequently and update the breakfast menu it could be a great b&b.

L' ambiente è completamente ristrutturato, offre camere confortevoli, pulite e molto molto tranquille.

Situato a 20 minuti a piedi da piazza San Marco.

L' unica nota negativa la colazione, non tanto assortita e la mancanza di un piccolo bar o qualcosa di simile.

Suggerisco di evidenziare con un' insegna o anche una semplice scritta il nome del B & B Alla Vigna ed il numero civico, poichè entrambi inesistenti.

Nel complesso il giudizio è positivo e da suggerire ad amici.
