El hotel queda en una zona residencial pero no es difícil acceder a las principales atracciones turísticas: en 15 minutos de autobús se llega a la Plaza San Marco. El hotel es una casona antigua, con un muy bonito patio. Tuvimos la suerte que nuestra habitación tuviera el balcón sobre el jardín. Incluye desayuno, que está ok. El personal del hotel muy amable.

Breakfast was very good and we could choose between cereals, yogurt, cookies, bread, juices, all kinds of coffee and croissants... Even though we didn't speak italian and the receptionist only spoke very little English, it was somehow possible to communicate. The room was small, clean and with a private bathroom, that was very good. Within 17 minutes you could reach the historical center with the bus. The two main buslines 11 and 17 both had a frequency of 20 minutes, later in the night every half an hour. Close to the hotel there is a supermarket, and you can buy bus-tickets at a tobacconist's close by.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber sauber und mit einem eigenen Bad mit Dusche und WC. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und es gab eine Auswahl an Müsli, Brot und süßen Teilchen, Säften, Kaffeespezialitäten und Joghurt. Obwohl wir kein Italienisch sprachen, und das Hotelpersonal nur sehr sehr wenig Englisch, konnten wir uns irgendwie verständigen.
Die beiden Buslinien 11 und 17 kommen im 20-Minuten-Takt am Hotel vorbei und innerhalb von 17 Minuten ist man im historischen Zentrum der Stadt. Auch Verbindungen nach Fiesole sind gut zu erreichen (Linie 7). Später am Abend fahren die Busse halbstündlich, außerdem gibt es einen Nachtbus.
In der Nähe des Hotels ist ein Supermarkt und ein Zeitungsladen, in dem man ATAF-Tickets kaufen kann.

Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées : pas de double vitrage sur la rue et la porte d'entrée laisse passer les bruits. Il est dommage de ne pas avoir de porte en la chambre et le vestibule, cela aurait permis d'atténuer les bruits venant des chambres voisines. Il faudrait que le réceptionniste parle et comprenne un peu mieux l'anglais. Il doit faire attention de bien rendre la pièce d'identité au client avant son départ ou le jour du paiement de la chambre. Il faudrait un meilleur accueil au petit déjeuner alors que le lieu est sympathique et le buffet bien garni.
