The hotel is very good located. Beach just a few minutes and small shop (beverages & food) just beside.
Overall I liked it very much, the only negative points are the big street noise and the temperature of the water in the shower used to changed sometimes from hot to cold by itself.
But apart from that, I can really recommend this hotel.

The hotel was well located and had good services, great breakfast, TV room and Wi-Fi access, but the staff was its most valuable asset. We found every member of the staff very helpful and it was a pleasure to deal with. There were 5 of us staying in 3 rooms and we all had a similar view.

Établissement très bien, très propre, personnel très accueillant et serviable. Petit déjeuner sympa et copieux. Le seul point négatif, logique parce que en centre ville, est le bruit de certain véhicules sur la route, malgré le double vitrage.
On le conseille vivement.
