Mit den Essenszeiten hats nicht immer so geklappt. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder buchen. Das Ausschlaggebende war dass wir auch mit unserem kleinen Hund willkommen waren!

Tout le personnel était très agréable, avenant et le dernier jour nous devions prendre le bateau très tôt, la petite jeune femme qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner nous a servi juste en arrivant notre petit déjeuner. C'est vraiment très bien.

Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.
Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse gut. Badezimmer war sehr klein, jedoch alles vorhanden. ABER Duschkabine war winzig!
Abendessen im Restaurant können wir leider nicht empfehlen.
Busverbindung nach La Spezia sehr gut nutzbar.

ONE EXCEPTION TO OUR SATISFACTION WAS CAUSED BY AN EXCESSIVE CHARGE FOR SIMPLE LAUNDRY SERVICES WHICH WE REQUESTED & GENERALLY AGREED TO. MISS-MANAGEMENT & MISCOMMUNICATION BY HOTEL MANAGEMENT RESULTED IN A BAD DECISION ON OUR BEHALF MADE BY BY AN UNDERLING -- THE COSTS WERE SPLIT WITH US BUT OUR HALF SHARE WAS STILL OUTRAGEOUS FOR THE VALUE OBTAINED
