Die Erreichbarkeit des Hotels von der Autobahn aus ist sehr dürftig, ebenso die vom Hotel gelieferte Wegbeschreibung.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. My wife had a tummy ache and Maryellena insisted that she sit down for a cup of tea, while another staff person offered her some medicine she had! The waitress, Sophie, at the restaurant was very helpful in translating into English. We didn't realize the hotel was in the mountains, and that was a pleasant surprise! We got the mountains and the sea all in one package. The shuttle to and from Cinque Terre was reliable, prompt and free. We really felt at home at Green Quiet and enjoyed meeting other guests. It's really more like a Bed & Breakfast than a hotel, in that it was cosy and intimate. It was definitely "Green" and definitely "Quiet". Thanks. Phil & Mary from St. Louis, Missouri USA.

The beds were very hard.

E' stato un soggiorno favoloso veramente. Appena arrivati il sig. Walter si è mostrato gentilissimo e disponibile per un cambio della camera dandocene una che avesse quello che chiedavamo. Posto meraviglioso. Colazione ottima e molto comodo il servizio gratuito di navetta per Monterosso (lasciare l'auto un giorno in paese costerebbe 14 euro ). Anche il personale che era presente per la colazione era veramente cortese. Da provare veramente. Speriamo di ritornare presto.

Trés difficile d'accés et loin de La Spezia.

Отель находится слишком далеко от моря. На такси среднее время поездки 20 минут по горному серпантину. Аппартаменты не оборудованы кухней. Описание номера и фотографии не соответствовали реальным. Были сложности с поиском отеля по навигатору.

The staff did not speak english at all making the communication difficult.

Petit déjeuner bon et copieux. Les wc dans la salle de bain, ce n'est pas très commode lorsque l'on est nombreux

The hotel is affordable, functional and clean.

The breakfast was good and staff very friendly and helpful.

However the description says that the hotel is 5 minutes away from the beach which in reality is 15 minutes. Although there is a shuttle at no cost it, it doesn't operate very often and stops operating at 19:30. If you would like to stay in town later you have to pay € 20 to get back to your hotel.

A recommander. Gentillesse des personnels, propreté des chambres, spacieuses, très confortables, très bonne literie.

Calme. Petit déjèuner buffet plus que copieux et très bon.

Restaurant excellent.

Tienen unas excelentes instalaciones, el desayuno es bueno y el personal muy agradable.

Algo pequeña la habitación, pero en terminos generales excelente!
