Ho starnutito i durante la notte forse per la polvere non levata da diverso tempo sulla moquette;la rampa garage urtava sotto l'automobile.la signorina del bar mi stava sempre vicino con insistenza mentre facevo colazione forse per guardare gli alimenti che prendevo. La zona limitrofa al'hotel è assolutamente buia e con mancanza di validi ristoranti.

Avevo prenotato una camera anche per un mio collega, che però per un motivo importante all'ultimo momento non è potuto venire. Capisco che la regola di disdetta è di almeno 24 ore, ma gli imprevisti capitano (come in questo caso purtroppo); la camera ho dovuto pagarla lo stesso e di questo me ne dispiace; il vostro call center si è dimostrato gentile ma irremovibile.
