Villa Germaine is an exclusive hotel located on the Via Nettunense in picturesque Roman countryside, in a strategic position between Rome and the coast.

Guests can taste and purchase produce from the "Vigna Sant'Elena" farm, such as fine "Colli San Paolo" wines (white and red), "Fosco" extra virgin olive oil, homemade liqueurs, cheeses and hams, marmalades and vegetables, all with organic certification.

The hotel, located in the centre of "Vigna Sant'Elena" amid olive groves, vineyards and orchards, has 10 rooms, a dining room and meeting rooms and is ideal for every type of guest.

The Villa has spacious and sunny rooms with air-conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a bath, oriental carpets and antique Italian, French and English furniture. All of the rooms have a double bed, spacious wardrobes, an elegant writing desk and a view of the surrounding parkland and gardens.

The luxurious “Suite della Torre” has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi and is perfect for a romantic stay with room service.

”Grande Raccordo Anulare” road, exit 23 Via Appia; proceed towards Ciampino - Albano airport and after about 5 km, at the first traffic light close to Santa Maria delle Mole, go straight on taking the uphill road. After about 1 km, at the traffic light at Frattocchie, turn right into Via Nettunense towards Anzio - Nettuno. At km 13 on the Via Nettunense follow the signs to the right for “Villa Germaine” - “Vigna Sant’Elena".

By train

From Rome Termini station you can take a train to Campoleone on the Rome - Nettuno or Rome – Naples line (check that the latter stops at Campoleone). The Villa offers a free shuttle service to/from Campoleone station.

By air

The closest airport is Rome – Ciampino international airport. Taxis are available at convenient rates.
