La Piccola Fattoria is a typical rural Piedmontese farmhouse with large open spaces, a courtyard and an internal garden.
The hotel is located in Ceresole, close to Carmagnola station, in an enviable landscape of lakes, woods and footpaths in lush vegetation.
The owners offer guests genuine products and several activities in contact with nature.
Horse riding and mountain bike excursions can be organised, and children’s’ play areas are available.

A6 “Torino – Savona” motorway, “Carmagnola” exit; follow the signs for Carmagnola and then for Bra - Alba along the “SS661” road for about 3 km. Turn left at the Alba – Ceresole junction, the farmhouse is 800 metres further down on the right.
By train
Carmagnola train station is about 5 km from the farmhouse. The ATI Torino - Carmagnola – Alba bus service is available from Carmagnola, stopping at the hamlet of Borretti, about 200 metres from the farmhouse.
