General Description
The Lucciola hotel is located in Santo Stefano al Mare (IM) in a wonderful position overlooking the touristic harbor of 'Marina degli Aregai’ just 8 km from Sanremo and about 45 km from Montecarlo.
The hotel is set on 3 above ground floors and has 41 rooms of different types which can even accommodate families of 5.
Ideal for a holiday of total relaxation in any period of the year (summer, Christmas, New Year and holidays) the Lucciola Hotel is an excellent base for all types of stay, and offers courteous hospitality together with professional service giving attention to detail.
From June to September guests can use the serviced beach only 30 meters from the hotel, with a special discount agreement of 10% off the normal fee.

On the ground floor, there are 15 rooms of different types available. 11 of the rooms are accessible from inside the hotel and 4 are accessible from outside (by means of a small path between the green area and the garden).
3 spacious rooms feature a wonderful sea view, and have been recently fitted with a wall mounted air conditioning unit.
Two of the 4 rooms accessible from the exterior are equipped for disabled guests.
On the first floor there are 16 rooms, all of which can be accessed from inside the building, 14 feature a sea view and 2 (not facing the sea) feature wall mounted air conditioning.
The other rooms have individual, mobile air conditioning units.
On the third floor, there are 8 rooms, 4 of which are doubles and 4 triples.
Only 4 of these rooms have a wall mounted air conditioning system, 5 have a sea view and can be accessed from inside or outside the hotel building.
The building where these rooms are situated, has 2 large terraces.
All rooms feature a colour television, a direct dial telephone and an en suite bathroom.
