The Castello dell'Oscano is an exclusive accommodation structure located in the territory of Perugia, immersed in the natural setting of a property of approximately 250 hectares between hundred year old forest and fields of sunflowers and olive trees.

The Castello is decorated with period furnishings (from 500s to the 800s), and offers all of the best comforts and services available for a quality stay under the banner of relaxation and wellbeing.

Available for client use are 10 rooms including Suites and Junior Suites, all of approximately 40-50 m², elegantly decorated and featuring air conditioning, mini-bar, satellite colour TV, safe-deposit box, 24-hour room service, telephone with message display and en-suite bathroom.

- The Magnolie Suite double or twin (possibility of a third bed), located on the first floor of the castle with a view of the valley, living area with single-sized sofa bed and bedroom;

- The Sequoia Junior Suite double or twin, located on the first floor of the castle with a view of the valley and a functional fireplace;

- The Lecci Suite double or twin (possibility of 3, 4, 5 beds) ideal for families, with a view of the valley, living area with double sized sofa bed and bedroom;

- The Faggio Rosso Junior Suite double or twin, located on the first floor of the castle, with a view of the valley and functional fireplace;

- The Torre Suite double (possibility of a third bed), created on 2 levels: 1st storey with living area, 3rd bed and bathroom with shower; 2nd storey (26 stairs) with a large round room, canopy bed and direct access to the roof of the castle;

- Agrifoglio Junior Suite double or twin (possibility of a third/fourth bed), located on the first floor of the castle with a balcony overlooking the park;

- Contessa Ada Junior Suite double or twin located on the first floor of the castle with a view of the park and a functional fireplace.

- Torretta del Tezio small superior double or twin room located on the second storey, with a private large balcony with panoramic view.

All of the rooms are decorated with period furnishings and equipped with satellite colour TV, free Wi-Fi, telephone, mini-bar, safe-deposit box, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
