Easy Space, Bientina

The Easy Space Residence is situated in Bientina, conveniently located near the motorway exits for those wanting to travel to Lucca and Pisa whilst Florence, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano are only 45 minutes away. There are bars and restaurants near the residence.

Easy Space is a modern building featuring 24 studio apartments of varying sizes which can sleep from 2 to 4 people, the perfect choice for those looking to visit the Tuscany region at their leisure without time restrictions.

Guests have access to free Wi-Fi in the public areas, a free private car park, bed linen and towels. On the ground floor there is a token operated laundry with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Pets are welcome.

IMPORTANT

The reception is open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 1pm and from 5pm to 8.30pm whilst on Saturday from 8am to 1pm. On request and by appointment, guests can also check in when the reception is closed.

Studio for 1/2 people: has a single room with a double bed, a dining area with a table and chairs, a kitchenette (equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and a coffee pot) also has a dishwasher and a fridge, a colour television, air conditioning / heating, a safe and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

One bedroom for 3 people: has a single room with a double bed, a single sofabed, a dining area with a table and chairs, (equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and coffee pot) also has a dishwasher and a fridge, a colour television, air conditioning / heating, a safe and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

One bedroom for 4 people: has a room with a mezzanine. The studios for 4 people are on the ground floor and have direct access from the hotel. On the ground floor is the kitchenette (equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and a coffee pot) complete with a dishwasher and a fridge, the dining area has a table and chairs, a colour television, air conditioning / heating, a safe, a sofabed and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. On the mezzanine is another double bed or two twin beds if preferred (guests are asked to indicate their preferences when they book).

Cleaning is carried out and towels are changed every 3 days whilst the bed linen is changed once a week.
