The Pausania Inn Restaurant, open all year round also to exterior clientèle, offers National and International specialties, favoring regional and Gallura dishes, including the Sardinian gnocchetti (small gnocchi), the Gallura-style soup, the myrtle flavored piglet and the delicious seadas.

How to reach the hotel
By plain and by car
From Olbia:
Exit from the ‘Costa Smeralda’ airport of Olbia following directions to Sassari; turn right after 2.9 km towards Palau/Golfo Aranci/Arzachena/Santa Teresa. Turn right after 4.4 km towards Olbia/S. Mariedda/Tempio. After about 200 meters, turn left at the stop sign, towards Tempio/S. Mariedda. After reaching the foot of Mount Pinu along the Provincial Road SP38, continue for 8.5 km until reaching another stop sign: Follow directions to Tempio/S. Antonio, after 4.5 km pass by Priatu and continue for 6 km until reaching a roundabout. Take the second exit to the right towards Tempio/Luras (Provincial Road SP136). After 7 km, turn left at the stop sign, continuing towards Tempio/Calangianus. After 5 km, at the stop sign near the township of Luras, turn left continuing towards Tempio/Calangianus; after 1 km, upon reaching another stop sign, turn right towards Tempio along the State Road SS127. Upon reaching the Circonvallazione Tempio (ring road), do not enter the town center, but carry on along the ring road and go past three sets of traffic lights. Turn into the road going to Palau (SS133) and continue for about 1 km. The entrance of the Pausania Inn is on the left.
