General Description
The Sierra Silvana Hotel is situated in Selva Di Fasano among the green hills in the land of the Trulli and the Valle D'Itria in the centre of the three provinces of Bari, Brindisi and Taranto.
The Sierra Silvana hotel is a four star hotel immersed in an oasis of calm among luscious green countryside, ideal for small and large events and offers 120 rooms all of which are bright with either a balcony or a garden, set within 5 buildings immersed in marvellous Mediterranean parkland which also houses 7 Trulli.
The hotel is in the centre of vast parkland with artistic and cultural points of interest nearby, close to Alberobello, Martina Franca, Cisternino, the white city of Ostuni, the Zoosafari, the Egnazia archaeological site, the Castellana caves, Poligano a Mare and the many Masserie (old Apulian farms).
Guests are within 15 minutes from the private beach belonging to the Hotel Del Levante in Torre Canne which is reachable with the shuttle bus at pre arranged times. The private beach offers umbrellas and sunbeds (charges apply for use of the shuttle service to the private beach).

The welcoming bar with its large windows and views over the splendid swimming pool is the ideal place to sit back and relax; guests have access to an elegant restaurant where they can sample excellent dishes prepared by carefully selected kitchen staff.
Description of Conference and Meeting Facilities
The hotel has a large conference suite named "Salone della Luna" which can seat up to 350 people in a theatre style layout; there are also 8 smaller adjustable meeting rooms for meetings from 10 to 150 people, next to the swimming pool is the largest Southern Italian Art Nouveau style gazebo with cascading bouganvillea, the ideal setting for gala dinners.
Next to the hotel is the Casina Municipale which is capable of holding up to 1000 people in a theatre style layout as well as large exposition spaces.
