Take the A1 del Sole motorway to the Orte exit. Take the connecting road towards Perugia, getting off at the Magione exit.
From Florence:
Take the A1 del Sole motorway to the Valdichiana exit. Take the connecting road towards Perugia, getting off at the Magione exit.
After the motorway exit, turn right towards Magione, and after 1km, turn left, following the directions for Chiusi. Head straight along the state road until reaching the end of Casenuove. Follow the road signs, turn left on the unpaved road and continue until reaching the intersection with the directions to Casa di Campagna.
