Residenza del Gran Duca is a recently renovated, 4-star hotel which is a part of the antique Medicea Farm and very close to the famous thermal resort of Monsummano Terme.
Building and renovation works began of the farms first began in 1615 and included the buildings belonging to the Medicea Farm which later passed on to the Borghese Princes, who still own them.
