General Description

The Ville Relais is a magnificent resort comprised of two typical Ligurian houses found in a splendid panoramic location on the western side of the Gulf of La Spezia, around 3km from the railway station and the port of La Spezia. It is an excellent place from which to reach the Cinque Terre, Portofino, and the islands of Palmaria, Tino and Capraia.

There are towns located around 2km from the Relais where guests can find numerous shops, supermarkets and banks. They can be reached on foot by heading down hill and taking the stairs through olive groves, or by taking a car.

Ideal for a holiday of comfort and relaxation, the resort is characterised by its refined atmosphere, unique style and attention to detail, and the high quality facilities available in the elegant guest rooms and common areas.

The facilities also include an excellent restaurant, a panoramic swimming pool, a fitness area, a sauna, a garden and a spacious terrace.

Pets are welcome. Guests should note that small pets may stay free of charge, while larger pets are subject to a fee of € 10 per day, and are not permitted in the common areas, dining room, shared terrace, swimming pool or garden.

At certain times of year, the Ville Relais only accepts reservations for at least two nights.

The Ville Relais has 9 double rooms, including 3 Suites, and 3 single rooms, all of which feature marble flooring and fixtures, high quality décor and unique furnishings.

The rooms feature a panoramic view overlooking the Gulf of Poets and are equipped with air conditioning, a satellite colour TV including Sky and Pay-TV, a mini-fridge, a safety deposit box, a telephone and direct Internet connection.

Nine of the rooms have a massage bathtub (Jacuzzi, Teuco), while the other three have a hydro-massage shower. Ten rooms have an ample, private panoramic terrace.

How to reach the hotel

By car

From the A12 Genoa – Livorno motorway and the A15 Parma - La Spezia motorway, take the La Spezia exit and follow the directions for Portovenere. Upon reaching Acquasanta, turn right towards Campiglia and follow the directions for Ville Relais. The resort is located approximately 2km away from the Campiglia junction.

By train

From La Spezia Central Station, located on the Genoa – Rome and Parma - La Spezia railway lines, taxis are available to the hotel. Alternatively, take the bus for Portovenere to Acquasanta, then continue with a bus to Campiglia. After having travelled for approximately 1500 metres, get off at the Via delle Cave intersection. Continue on foot for another 500 metres following the directions for the Ville Relais.

Shuttle service is available from the station to the hotel upon request.

By plane
