Restaurant and bar
The kitchen offers typical Umbrian dishes daily with home-made pasta and meat cooked on the coals.
The variety of the menu depends on availability from farm production activity and on the seasonal availability of agricultural food produce.
The kitchen is replenished daily with wholesome raw foods produced by the farm, including salad, tomatoes, potatoes, vegetables, asparagus and mushrooms (depending on the period).
During the summer guests may enjoy quinces, cherries, plums, apricots and peaches directly from the orchard, which are also used to make delicious jams.
The farm also raises free range chickens, sheep, rabbits, guinea fowls, geese and hens; the fresh eggs are used daily to prepare, wonderful aromatic sweet treats, biscuits and pies for breakfast.
The kitchen only uses extra virgin olive oil produced on the farm; the farmsteads home made sweet wine is included in the wine list.
Bread is baked daily in the wood fired oven.
