The Residenza D'Epoca Palazzo Magi is located in the historic centre of Sansepolcro, close to the main square and the Museo Civico, where the works of Piero della Francesca (1420-1492) are found.

Ideal for a relaxing vacation in the lovely Valtiberina Toscana, the building was expertly restored and provides guests with elegantly decorated rooms ideal for rest and relaxation.

Guests have access to a coffee shop and wine bar on the ground floor, a “Salotto del Buon Vivere" with an antique billiards table and games found on the first floor, and an elegant sitting room with a fireplace, plasma television and internet access on the second floor.

The magnificent terrace has a beautiful panoramic view of the city and the valley, and also has a fitness area.

There is a parking lot close to the hotel for the convenience of our guests.

The residence has 15 rooms measuring from 25 to 40 square metres, including Classic Rooms (Classic DUS), Deluxe Rooms, and Suites.

All of the rooms are elegantly decorated with authentic frescoes and are equipped with air conditioning and heating, a telephone with a direct line, satellite colour television, a minibar, WiFi internet access, an alarm clock, a safety deposit box, an en suite bathroom with a bathtub or shower (some of which have massage jets).

Some of the rooms have a French bed, ideal for our business clientele.
