The staff at the reception (some young woman) was hostile and rude and refused to send the shuttle car to pick me up at the airport when I called for it. She was then whining it should have been ordered for earlier, but nothing of that information was mentioned on the website. In the end, I had to pay the taxi myself. This kind of "service" is unbefitting this type of hotel.
