Pour la remise des clés personne n'était présent sur place et rien n'indique l'emplacement de l'appartement. il a fallu se déplacer à un autre hotel pour prendre les clés...un peu compliqué

Very helpful staff and we had a great stay. Just be aware of the extra cost for the kitchen, which is applied at the end.
