Tea/coffee facilities should be installed in the rooms and not have to be requested. Air conditioning needs improvement along with operating instuctions for same

La camera è ampia, ma la pulizia e la manutenzione ordinaria lascia molto a desiderare. Ci hanno fornito un'abbondante e buona colazione a sacco. La posizione per chi deve partire da Ciampino è buona, ma nonostante solo 6 km di distanza c'è traffico quindi per stare tranquilli bisogna calcolare mezz'ora per arrivare in aeroporto (noi ci siamo imbarcati all'ultimo minuto!).

Good hotel to stay if you have just arrived to Rome (Ciampino) and it is no more possible to get to Rome at that evening - just find the bus taking to the hotel. Every day they have free shuttle buses to get back to the airport, for further bus to Rome.

Our room was extremely small, certainly not the size for a 4star hotel. The bar did not work in the morning and there was almost no wifi signal in the room.
If it wasn`t for the very helpful young man at the front desk it would be a total disappointment.
