We found the room to be OK, but the tv remote batteries weren't working and the shower bracket was broken, not what we expected from a 4* hotel.

The dining room was very strange, no atmosphere and indifferent menu and service

We also found the secure parking very difficult to negotiate as there were some very tight bends

Da un quattro stelle, mi sarei aspettato un ristorante migliore, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il servizio.

Molto difficile raggiungere il posteggio. Buona la prima colazione.

Wir sind in dieses Hotel gegangen wegen der Lage. Als wir ankamen, gab es allerdings keine Vorhänge, die wohl noch in der Wäscherei waren. Nachts ging die Klimaanlage nicht, und das Wasser lief die Fenster hinunter. Wir haben sehr geschwitzt in den Betten, lieber nur Wolldecke und Leintuch.

Hatten mit unserem VW-Bus größte Schwierigkeiten, ins Parking zu gelangen, wären fast steckengeblieben bei 1,95 Höhe, wenn es steil runter geht.

Nous avons été déçus de trouver, en guise de chambre double, deux lits une place accolés... Ce n'est pas très confortable.

Le ménage quotidien est réduit au strict minimum.

12 euros de parking quotidien nous semble un peu excessif.

A part ça nous avons été très satisfaits de ce séjour.

Consiglierei di gestire meglio il parcheggio auto il quale è un pò scomodo e poco praticabile nei momenti di "pieno".

Per il resto niente da eccepire sulla struttura e sul servizio.

Si può sempre migliorare, visto i costi.

Hotelparkplatz ist direkt hinter dem Hotel.Die Zufahrt ist etwas weit und umständlch.Jedoch sicher scheint sie mir.

Direkt vor dem Hotel sind stark befahrende Strassen.Bei geschlossenen Fenster fast kein Lärm hörbar.

I found the front desk staff at times it was too much for them to be helpful - if you asked a question you were scowled at and made me feel very uncomfortable having to ask for a simple thing such as internet connection, taxis or in general.

On arrival my passport was taken off me for admitt purposes, this is custo procedure at most hotels. When I went downstairs again to sort out the intenet connection as I was not given the cable or passwords when previosuly asked - i discovered a change of staff and my passport sitting on the desk untouched for anyone to take - this does not impress me that my passport was left lying around and I had to ask the conceirge to enter my details.

On a positive note - the breakfast staff were very friendly an very helpful

Aucun problème avec l hotel, sauf qu'il ne faut pas compter avec la vue sur mer à moins d'être au dernier étage ... qu'il a fallu réclamer nos serviettes de toilette, que la théière avec le nécessaire avait disparu...et qu'il est difficile le soir de sortir de l'hotel compte tenu de l'environnement ...

A éviter ABSOLUMENT le restaurant , la viande du tartare était grasse, noire et sentait très mauvais ... lorsque nous avons refusé d'y toucher le gérant du restaurant nous l'a tout de même facturé... heureusement la Direction de l'hotel est intervenue.... alors que l'hotel avait une fréquentation normale .... nous n'étions que 2 tables le soir au restaurant.... on a vite compris pourquoi .....

La réception à l'hotel était parfaite
