Purtroppo l'unica nota spiacevole e' la poca cortesia delle signore alla reception ..mai un sorriso mai un po di gentilezza.... contrariamente al signore che ci ha accolti in piena notte con tantissima gentilezza!!! Peccato sono donna e mi sarebbe piacuto evitare questo commento.
Ho scelto questo hotel perche' conosco la catena da tanti anni, presento le mie collezioni, convegni e altro in quello di Rimini...veramente fantastico

Abbiamo dormito in una stanza che non ci corrispondeva, comunque molto gradevole come stanza, ma aveva un odore talmente forte di quel prodotto che immaginiamo usano per pulire che non ci ha lasciato riposare neanche un po'.
Comunque a grandi linee siete sempre uno dei nostri hotel preferiti nei nostri viaggi.
