La stanza che mi è stata data non permetteva l'uso del telefono cellulare.
Nella stanza non c'era campo non potevo ne telefonare ne ricevere telefonate cosa che è stata fatta da me presente subito al personale della hall chiedendo di cambiare stanza poiché dovevo ricevere delle telefonate molto urgenti.
La risposta è stata che non era possibile e che se volevo potevo cambiare albergo cosa non facile visto il periodo.
La mattina successiva la stanza non è stata pulita .
