The staff during the morning of our arrival was welcoming and pleasant. The check-in for all eight in our party was swift and professional. The evening happy hour was enjoyed by all and the breakfast the next morning was a virtual banquet. My wife rated our stay a highlight of our first week in Italy. Good job.
