We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel Berna is fantastic!

We will definitely stay at Hotel Berna next time we are in Milano.

Whenever we come back to your city we will stay in your hotel. The staff were exceptional (especially the man, whose name I don't remember) who managed the bar. Your breakfasts were outstanding. I will recommend it to everyone I know who is going to Italy. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr mäßig!

Kaum Wust oder Salami, keine Käseauswahl, nur Weißbrot und Semmeln

Die Rühreier waren sehr wässrig und schmeckten "künstlich"

Für Hotels dieser Preisklasse bin ich das in Italien anders gewohnt.

Ero già stato in questo albergo, sempre prenotando con InItalia (una garanzia) e mi ero trovato molto bene. Anche questa volta non posso che ritenermi soddisfatto. Qualità, convenienza, cortesia: che altro chiedere?

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, die Möglichkeit Karottensaft selbst zu machen ist clever, doch die Maschine ist zu laut für den Tagesbeginn. Vielleicht gibt es leisere Maschinen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, auch am frühen Morgen. Weiter so.

My wife and myself are in our late-60s and were very satisfied with this hotel

The vicinity of a major railway station is never very salubrious. We were in the annex across the road, which was all right in good weather. Breakfast was very good.

I thought the room was small.

I was put in the Towers, across the road from the main hotel. The reason may have been that I wanted to combine this reservation with another for my wife and me for the following two nights. But it would have been better to have been told about the possibility of having to go into the Towers eitehr when booking on the website (as far as I can tell there was no mention at all of the Towers on the website) or when making this link between the two bookings when I was checking in.

I received an upgrade without even asking! This hotel was fabulous!!!
