El trato del personal fue pésimo, nos hicieron perder mucho tiempo en aclarar nuestra reserva. Nos querían cobrar más por nuestra estancia a causa de un error suyo. El personal de la recepción nos molestaba a altas horas de la madrugada llamándonos por teléfono a nuestra habitación sin motivos, lo cual hizo que no durmiéramos por las noches. Fue complicado entendernos con el personal del Hotel pues no tenían personal que hablara en español. Estuvimos muy a disgusto durante nuestra estancia en el Hotel, no volveremos.

Upon entering our room there was a stale smell & the room seemed to be filled with mosquitoes. The window in our room didn't even close properly, therefore we had to put a blanket over the window to stop any drafts coming into the room. The shower was very small and difficult to have a shower in. The hotel seemed quite outdated and in a need of an overhaul. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
