Hotel carino e personale gentile.
Purtroppo il rumore si sente; pur essendo capitata in una stanza che si affacciava all'interno e non sulla strada, ho sentito per un'ora intera una ragazza che strillava al telefono proprio di fronte alla mia porta.

We paid for two breakfasts which we weren't able to receive as our train connection meant that we had to depart early in the morning (at 6.00). When we asked the hotelier if we could have our money back on arrival he refused and was dismissive of assisting us in our enquiry. We also had to call reception from our room several times as our air conditioning broke down and continued to break down after the man tried to fix it. We did not feel very comfortable in this hotel mainly due to the hostile nature of the hotelier. We didn't enjoy our stay and we would definitely not stay at this hotel again.
