Accueil limite désagréable le matin et chaleureux le soir. Hôtel bien situé, on continue la rue et on arrive à la célèbre tour et à la place principale, mais les chambres côté rue sont mal isolées et donc bruyantes.

L'hotel est bien situé à coté de la place où se trouve la fameuse tour de Pise. La chambre utilisée était propre.
Par contre la douche distribuait seulement un filet d'eau de plus en plus restreint a mesure que l'on aujoute de l'eau chaude. La chambre coté rue est bruyante a cause des voitures et des motos qui passent meme si elles sont moins nombreuses la nuit.
