Mosquitoes were in the room very near to Pisa tower...

L'hotel è molto pulito ed il bagno è ampio e ristrutturato di recente..E' vicinissimo al centro e ottimo per piccoli nuclei familiare. La hall è invece molto piccola e poco accogliente; in generale gli spazi comuni scarseggiano. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, alla buona ma preparato. Lo consiglierei anche per soggiorni maggiori del mio, per piccole comitive visto che non è molto grande e non ha parcheggio privato..in generale il mio giudizio va tra il buono e l'ottimo nel rapporto qualità-prezzo.

C'est dommage qu'aucune possibilité de petit déjeuner soit possible. J'ai apprécié que ma valise soit montée au 1er étage où était ma chambre puisqu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur.

The hotel is a great price for the location and clean rooms. I was surprised at how clean and nice it was (although it's not like a 4 star). Location is a good place in Pisa. Only thought is the staff speaks Italian (I got by with some broken Italian) and our room was on the 4the floor without an elevator.

The location of the hotel made us choose this hotel.. It is just 200 m from the Leaning tower of Pisa.... The last public bus from Pisa Centrale is at 20:30 to the bus stop near the hotel... So we took another bus which took us in front of Piazza dei Miracoli (Square of Miracles)... You enter into the square and take the second right just in front of the Leaning tower and walk about 200 m and you will find the hotel... I am giving this info since we found it diffciult to find the hotel since we missed the last bus which takes you to very close to the hotel....

The staff do not speak English which is a diisadvantage. Otherwise, the location is such a great advantage. We were sitting near the Leaning tower of Pisa till almost midnight and then walked back to our room :) The rooms are clean and basic for the price what we paid....

I would recommend this hotel to ayone who wants to visit the Leaning Tower and spend some time in the night near the tower and is not looking for a luxurious stay....

Non ci tornerei. La struttura è troppo tenuta male.

This hotel is budget level and as such it is difficult to expect great things from it. It is very close to the historic area and is central which are great advantages and we stayed here awaiting our flight the next day. I feel the staff could have been more friendly and while they met our needs I felt at times I was a cause of inconvenience for them. I think a smiling friendly and inviting approach from staff would boost feeling of value from this hotel.

Ambiente tranquillo, manca la possibilità di fare colazione per carenza del bar.
