Das Bad war extrem klein-es gab keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kosmetika u.ä., nach dem Duschen stand das Bad regelmässig unter Wasser.

The hotel was a big disappointment. The room we got in the first day smelled of cigarettes. The next day we got a better room, but there was no box for the shower and after we used it, the bathroom was flooded. On our trip to Europe we stayed in 6 different hotels. Undoubtedly, this was the worst.

The little garden area with room 516 was lovely, we had little time to use it but a fantastic bonus on a longer stay. Good bathroom but the shower head needs attention, we forgot to mention this to the team on departure. All the staff were fantastic and combined with our stay immediately before in Riva del Garda our impression of Best Western overall as a consistent quality brand that retains individuality has bee greatly enhaced. tremendous value - thank you.
