Les draps étaient sales.
La qualité de la literie très médiocre.
La salle de bain vétuste les parois de la douche crasseuse à la limite de l'insalubrité.
Seul le personnel était sympathique.

In particolare due persone alla reception, evidentemente due responsabili, si sono comportati in maniera molto maleducata nei confronti di colleghi, in mia presenza, poco cortesi con me;inoltre hanno fatto finta di non sapere le possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento in strada, per venderci il parking hotel alla cifra improponibile di 15 euro!
