Zum fhrustuck empfele ich ihnen punktlich um acht dort zu sein und nehmen was gehet das bufe wird nicht nachgefult. Ich arbeite 20 jhre in der gastronomie aber so was hab ich noch nie erlebt.

Im Frühstücksraum fehlen Blumen, an der Reception konnte uns niemand genau sagen,welcher der Busse"Ospedale" die kürzeste Strecke fährt,es wäre auch gut,wenn ein Busfahrplan vorhanden wäre. Das Dreibettzimmer 403? In der 4.Etage entsprach nicht den Angaben der Buchung:ärmliche Ausstattung(außer Bad) und ein penetranter Geruch!)Das Doppelzimmer in der dritten Etage war gut. Positiv hervorzuheben war die Bereitschaft des Personals an meinem Geburtstag den Frühstückstisch (mit Unterstützung meiner Enkelkinder) draußen zu decken. Der Kaffee in der Selbstbedienung beim Frühstück entspricht nicht dem guten Ruf des italienischen Kaffees .Muß unbedingt verbessert werden.
