The emergency pull in the bathroom did not work, my 76 year old mother was trapped for 1.5 hours in the bathroom till I came back, she banged on the door repeatedly but no one opened it to inquire if there was anything wrong, no one came to check for the cause after I informed the desk about this and nobody apologized either.
