It was indeed a pleasurable stay, plus a good breakfast. Here my only comment would be that having requested an additional cup of tea, hot water and a tea bag, I do find it rather insulting to have to pay an additional 2 Euros. Perhaps hotel should think about serving tea in a pot with a stronger tea bag, which means they are only adding water. I know in continental Europe, coffee is the norm, but please note not everyone can drink coffee, I don't for 2 reasons, 1 is medical and the other is I just don't like the taste of it, so having the alternative choice of tea is wonderful, but I don't agree with having to pay an additional charge. Llegamos justo a la hora de cerrar la recepción y nos estaban esperando. Estaban pendientes de nosotros, nos ofrecieron cenar. Habitación preparada a nuestra llegada con muy buena temperatura.
Trato familiar, muy cercano y agradable. Hablaban español.
Parking gratuito.

Regrettable de n'avoir pas été prévenus que la route de l'aéroport à l'hôtel était coupée pour cause de travaux. Nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps pour retrouver le chemin de l'hôtel. Les travaux dureront jusqu'en juin.

Sono molto cordiali, gentili e disponibili.
É la seconda volta che io ed il mio ragazzo siamo stati ospiti dell' Hotel Operà, ma se devo dare un giudizio, sicuramente è ottimo e lo consiglio...è molto carino. L' arredamento è moderno e ben tenuto ed i proprietari sono gentilissimi!
