Ich habe mich im Hotel Porta Palio sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem möchte ich den zwei Damen an der Rezeption ein großes Kompliment aussprechen. Sie waren sehr sehr freundlich!!!

We found the treatment in the restaurant unfriendly or actually rude even though we ordered a full menu and a bottle of wine.
He was shaking his head at us when we asked to be billed separately and the amount added to the hotel bill. Instead he could have asked politely how we wanted to pay.
