We stayed only one night as the hotel was in a very run down location with photos on their website of San Remo, making out it was San Lorenzo. We went to stay in San Remo instead. Hotel was nice enough if you wanted to do absolutely nothing, quite literally as there were no facilities. That said a 3 star hotel would be a more appropriate rating. The rooms were very basic with very average views of a fake looking beach and pretty unattractive coastline. Shower did not work properly. Highly disappointed. The hotel staff even tried to charge us the full rate. Very poor.

Le service au restaurant a été trop long. Nous avons attendu 2h à table pour le dîner et on nous a proposé que le menu 1/2 pension alors que nous n'étions pas en demi pension et aurait préféré la carte. Beaucoup de difficulté pour se faire comprendre car la serveuse ne parlait pas français et pas anglais. Sinon la qualité de la cuisine est très bien. Nous y reviendrons car rapport qualité prix c'est très bien.

Es ist ein tolles neues Hotel direkt am Wasser und dem Hafen. Frühstücksbuffet ok.
Typisch italienisch - alles fürs Auge. Eine riesen Dusche mit Glastür, aber man kann nirgends seine Seife ablegen, außer auf dem Boden. Ein großes Bad, aber man kann nirgends seine Kulturbeutel ablegen. Ein großes Zimmer, zu wenig gemütliches Möbel, eine große Terrasse, aber kein Gartenmöbel.
Schlecht: der WC-Sitz war nicht original und konnte nicht fixiert werden. Trotz Reklamation wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Na ja, es ist Ende der Saison.
