Wir bekamen ein Zimmer, das auf einen engen, verkommenen Hinterhof zeigte, sahen an eine nah gegenüberliegende Hausmauer und wurden gestört von überlauten Geräuschen von Lüftungsgeräten und Klimaanlagen.
Wir waren enttäuscht, haben es uns anders vorgestellt bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Trauten uns nicht, ein anderes Zimmer zu verlangen, weil wir ein günstiges Angebot hatten.

Die Umgebung ist durch Bauarbeiten beeinträchtigt, hat mit dem Hotel selber nicht zu tun, wird sicher danach schön!
Das Personal war ausgesprochen unfreundlich. Im Restaurant hat der Kelner mit mir fast geschimpft, dass ich zum Abendessen um 20 Uhr gekommen bin... Ich bin am nächsten Tag auswärts essen gegangen.
Ich hoffe, ich helfe Ihnen damit und werde anderen Menschen die Entäuschung ersparen.
