La struttura, le camere e la pulizia sono di buon livello. Il personale, però, non è adeguato ed è molto improvvisato.Tra le altre cose avevo chiesto di essere svegliato alle 06:15, ma questo non è stato fatto. Hanno svegliato solo il mio collega che occupava l'altra stanza.
Questo mi ha causato un certo disagio dato che avevo degli appuntamenti prestabiliti. Inoltre, al momento di lasciare l'hotel abbiamo leggermente urtato con l'auto il palo di un lampione d'illuminazione dell'area parcheggio. Al momento il personale presente ci ha detto di non preoccuparci che non era nulla di grave, ma, mentre eravamo in viaggio, ci ha richiamato quello che dovrebbe essere il responsabile lamentando l'indennizzo del danno. La cosa mi sembra giusta se non fosse per la somma richiesta di € 465,00 + IVA. Mi sembra che ci stiano speculando. Infatti, il paraurti posteriore della nostra auto non evidenzia neppure i segni dell'urto.

L'eau de la piscine était beaucoup trop froide, vraiment glacée.
L'hôtel devrait signaler que le port du bonnet est obligatoire, nous n'étions pas prévenus et nous avons dû payer deux euros par bonnet: ce n'est pas normal.

QUELLA CAMPANELLA CHE SUONA, DI NOTTE, AD OGNI QUARTO D'ORA è UN VERO FASTIDIO. NON DUBITO CHE LA PROSSIMA VOLTA CHE SARò DA VOI L'AVRETE "ELIMINATA".
