Washington Hotel is supposed to be a 4 stars hotel. In my opinion, it does not deserve even 2.
For instance, the heating wasn't working in my room, and I was told it was, and there were some damps in the shower.
The room was a bit tight and without natural light at any time.
I paid 110€ for 2 nights in a single room. Maybe the price is ok considering that Milan is quite expensive, but still the Hotel shouldn't be rated as high as 4 star not even 2.
The hotel staff was nice and the breakfast buffet was fine.
The location is good since you can walk to downtown in 15 minutes.

L'hotel nel contesto generale è in pessime condizioni, sporco e poco accogliente. In più il personale si è dimostrato alquanto scorretto e scortese. Più volte di notte siamo stati disturbati da personaggi in preda ai fumi dell'alcool (tifosi reduci dall'anticipo serale) e nessuno è voluto intervenire! Poca collaborazione del personale, dimostratosi molto arrogante e scortese! Colazione mediocre! Siamo rimasti molto delusi dal pernottamento! Ci aspettavamo molto di più da un quattro stelle!

A l'arrivée dans ma chambre il y avait sur le lit une trousse de toilette .Je l'ai signalé et ramené à la réception . La fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur un mur de 2m de haut à 5O cm de la fenêtre. La propreté douteuse. J'ai été réveillé à 11H30 par une cliente à qui on avait loué la même chambre et obligé de prouver mon identité au veilleur de nuit .
