Riteniamo che la cucina del ristorante "Il mosaico" non sia da premiare con stelle: piatti molto manipolati, non si apprezza il sapore delle materie prime. Tutte le pietanze sono arrivate fredde, bisognerebbe pensare più alla sostanza che all'apparenza.
