Avevo prenotato due camere perché sarebbero dovuti venire altri due ragazzi, ma quest'ultimi a causa di un problema non sono potuti partire. Arrivati in hotel ho chiesto alla ragazza alla reception se ci avrebbero addebitato comunque l'importo della camera sulla carta di credito, lei ha risposto di no....ma a fine mese quando è arrivato l'estratto conto eccoti addebitate l'importo di tutte e due le camere.
