Muy buena la atención en la recepción del hotel, dispuestos a ayudarte en cualquier duda.
Enfrente del hotel la parada del bus nº 4 te lleva directamente a Venecia en pocos minutos.
El desayuno es suficiente: podrían mejorar la máquina del café y hacer un poco más variado el desayuno.
Junto al hotel, en los bajos del edificio hay un supermercado que te ayudara en las cenas si vienes cansado de estar todo el dia descubriendo Venecia, que es lo realmente bonito.

Dejé olvidado en la habitación un vestido, cuando me dí cuenta llamé al hotel y me dijeron que iban rápidamente a la habitación a recogerlo. A la semana cuando volvimos del Crucero, fuimos al hotel y en recepción se miraban unos a otros, con muy poco atención por el tema. No volvería a este hotel por el incidente que tuve. Tampoco se disculparon.
