Al momento del check out segnalo l'impossibilità di pagare il conto con la Carta di Credito, perché il personale ha passato la Carta nella Banda Magnetica, anzichè nella sezione riservata al Microchip (comunicato dall'operatrice della Soc. Cartasì il 29 giugno u.s.), determinando il rifiuto della transazione per ben tre volte. Il conto é stato pagato con Bancomat/POS. Questo spiacevole episodio ha fatto si che il mio giudizio sulla soddisfazione generale fosse abbassato. Quando ho fatto la prenotazione on-line mi é stato richiesto di comunicare i dati della mia Carta di Credito a garanzia del soggiorno e l'hotel ha eseguito una pre-autorizzazione per l'importo di una notte (€ 70,00) senza alcun malfunzionamento tecnico. Concludendo consiglerei di prestare attenzione anche a questo aspetto.

Ho soggiornato una notte in questo hotel per motivi di lavoro e cercavo una soluzione economica. Per questo motivo ho sopportato una camera minuscola priva di qualsiasi comfort, affacciata su un interno squallido. Milano sotto il profilo alberghi è troppo costosa, talvolta per il doppio del prezzo si trovano sistemazioni identiche a questa.

Nella mia prenotazione in internet sono stato avvertito dalla direzione che la mia carta di credito non dava garanzia, ma banca e visa center mi hanno detto che era un errore dell'hotel il quale ha accettato lo stesso ,dopo contatto telefonico la mia prenotazione.
