My flight was severely delayed leaving London and we were then held in air traffic above Milan due to an incident at Milan Airport. When I finally arrived at the hotel I was promptly informed that it was late!!!
At 1 a.m. in the morning I'm sure you can appreciate I already know this fact. I felt the concierge was very unhelpful and quite frankly rude.
I would not reccomend this hotel

Very close to Railway Station for moving on. Good connections from Airport to Railway Station on the Starfly. Underground subway stations also very close. 4-5 stops to the Duomo and Galleria - great.
Could not figure out the air conditioning till the we asked the maid when we were leaving!
Just stayed one night before moving on by rail.
