Ho tentato di prenotare durante il Vinitaly, ma con dei prezzi assolutamente fuori da ogni logica (anche quella di mercato). Dunque questo è il motivo per cui non credo verrò più.

When I arrived I asked to have a shuttle to the airport. I was informed that I was leaving too early and would have to take a cab. I asked how mush a cab would cost and was infromed that it was about 7.00 Euro. The cab was 18.00Euro.
I noted that there were at least 3 other requests for a cab at about the same time. Ibelieve that if you will check you will find that there are a lot of verly fleights from the Verona airport, so your lack of a shuttle service, which is advertised, in not a good thing. When I fly out of Verona again, and my fleight is early, I wil not stay with you or recommend you to friends.
When I was discussing my problem the receptionist informed the manage of my problem and he simply looked at her and expressed with his face and shoulders, "not my problem." I even asked for relief on my bill, but received none.
I might add that this was the 20th time that I have been to Italia in the last 13 years, so this was not a once in a life time vacanza.

Taxi charged more than expected compared with the distance. Please hire better company that provides reliable rate, or understandable explanation prior to hiring.
